Hello and welcome to my blog; today I am sharing my card for this weeks Paper Craft Crew Inspiration Challenge.  This weeks challenge is a festive one.  You will see the inspiration photo in just a few minutes but before I share that I want to share my card.

Here’s a look at this weeks challenge photo.  You can click on the image to visit the Paper Craft Crew’s page and check out what the other design team members created.  The challenge will go live in a little while so if it’s not all up at this time check back shortly.

For my card I picked the piece of designer series paper from the All is Bright DSP pack that had all the golden shades of ornaments.  I used that as my focal image.  That’s one of the great things about this pack of paper, it has great photographic images on one side and on the other side are more graphic patterns.  I cut the designer paper and layered it in front of a piece of Cherry Cobbler Cardstock.

I stamped the Merry Christmas from the Many Blessings Stamp set on the mat.  I actually cut the designer series paper to show a opening for the sentiment.  This was added to a card base that’s 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 (in garden green).

Thanks for dropping bye make sure you check out what the other design team members created and if you have a little time why not play along.

Happy Stampin’
