Hello and welcome to my blog today. Yesterday I shared with you a cute gift box using the new Baker’s boxes (see that post here) I got a little overzealous while stamping, coloring, and die cutting images for my tag. I had a couple extra pieces that I had created that just didn’t fit on the tag so I thought why not make a card using those pieces. Here’s what I came up with.
I came up with this cute little card of the frog on the witches broom flying over the moon. I just loved it and thought it was the cutest funniest card ever.
I had die cut two of the Stitched circles while prepping for the tag just Incase I messed up so I thought why not lay these pieces out and see how it looked. And it made me so happy I just smiled it was to cute for words. So I started putting everything together.
I cut a piece of the Toil and Trouble designer series paper added it to a piece of Granny Apple Green (which by the way is my new favorite green if you’ve not noticed), and added it to a card base. After that all I had to do was layering things together.
I added a banner that I had left over from another project. It was done with the Takeout Thinlits. I stamped the happy Halloween and cut it out and layered it on the banner. I added wink of Stella to the moon to give it a little sparkle. Popped that up on dimensionals. Added the frog on the broom. And finished it off with some star punch outs. And bam I had a super cute adorable card done in minutes.
Thanks for dropping by today. I will see you tomorrow for my Step it Up Saturday post.
