Hello and welcome to my blog today; I am going to share with you another Gift card holder similar to the one that I shared with you yesterday.  My card yesterday featured a Christmas theme you can see it here.  My gift card holder today was done for a wedding shower back a few months ago.  I created this card back in May so some of the colors that I used are now retired.  Here’s a look at my card today.

My card features the wonderful Beautiful Bouquet Photopolymer Stamp Set.  This stamp set features sentiments for any occasion and countless ways to combine the floral images.   This set will help you create beautiful bouquets that live on forever.  Which was one of the reasons I picked it for this wedding shower card.

I also used the dimensional sentiment technique to add interest to the card front.  This technique has to be done with a stamp positioning tool such as the Stamparatus.  The Stamparatus is a must-have tool for all stampers, the Stamparatus helps you perfectly align stamp images, stamp multiples of the same project quickly and precisely, and get complete ink coverage.  Which what makes it perfect for this technique, because you have to have it or something like it to repeatedly stamp the sentiment on each layer.

Once everything was stamped I layered everything up using either Stampin’ dimensionals, mini dimensionals or multipurpose Liquid glue. The inside of the card was scored at 5 and 6 on the Stampin trimmer. Next I added a little tear n tape along the inside edge along the bottom to make the stand up part inside. I used the classic label punch to make the gift card holder.

You can do this card and turn it so that it opens on the side as well. Here’s a version of the same card but done that way.

Thanks for dropping bye I hope that you have a wonderful day.

Happy Stampin’

Rick
