Are you like everyone else you are looking for quick and easy Halloween favors?   There are only 43 days left to get to them ready and done.   So my project today should help you out just a little bit.  It’s a cute little Halloween themed box using the Spooky Night Designer Series Paper and the Spooky Cat Photopolymer Stamp Set.  There are a couple of stamp sets that can be used for Halloween but this is my go to.  I love the Spooky Cat bundle and the Spooky Night suite which it belongs.  Here’s a look at today’s project.

Spooky Cat Photopolymer Stamp Set, Pumpkin Pie Cardstock, Basic Black Cardstock, Very Vanilla Cardstock, Spooky Night Designer Series Paper, Lemon Lime Twist Classic Stampin’ Pad, Simply Scored, Coffee Cups Framelits, Big Shot, Bow Builder Punch, Peekaboo Peach Baker’s Twine, Mini Glue Dots, Snail Adhesive, Fast Fuse, Stampin’ Up!, #rickadkins, #rckinsmonstudio, Halloween, Halloween Projects, Halloween Treats, Rick’s 2017 Halloween Count Down, Halloween Treats

Tips & Tricks:

This box was created with a half of sheet of Pumpkin Pie Cardstock (cut at 5 ½ x 8 ½).  I placed it in the Simply Scored and scored it at 2, 4, 6, & 8 on the long side.  And then I flipped it to the short side and scored it at 1 ½, & 3 ½.  That’s all the scoring that needs to be done to create this little box.  Next I just put it together with some fast fuse.

To finish off the box I added some of the Spooky Night Designer Series Paper to the sides.  The designer Series Paper on the sides measures 1 ¾ x 2 ¼.  I attached it using Snail Adhesive.  To finish off the box I added a box created with mini glue dots and the Bow Builder Punch.  I punched out two of the bows in Basic Black Cardstock and put it on top of the box.

Next I took the Eat at your own Risk stamp and stamped it in Lemon Lime Twist and cut it out using the Coffee Cup Framelits I tied a little bow in it with Peekaboo Peach baker’s twine and attached to the front of the box.  I added a little witch’s hat for a little extra fun.  With this box you have to put the candy or treat inside before you close it up.

The Colors for this box was Basic Black, Pumpkin Pie Very Vanilla, and Lemon Lime Twist.  This is just one of the fun Halloween color combinations this year.
