Hello stampers and crafters and friends I hope you are having a wonderfully dry day today. It’s supposed to be rainy here today, but the good thing is the rain will make the flowers grow. It just takes a little fall of rain to make the world bloom. Today I am sharing with you a card that can be used for different occasions depending on what sentiment you put on the inside. Here’s a look at today’s card.
The Bunch of Blossoms
Whether you want to send a bouquet of blossoms or a sandy seashore scene, this stamp set wonderfully captures the joy of a sunny day. Send warm and bright well wishes with these joyful stamps.
This is a Two-Step Stampin’ set. Combine individual stamps to build the final image you want in the colors you want. Like I did for the flower on the focal image. I stamped out each stamp using the pieces using Daffodil Delight classic ink. To get the different tones I stamped off the first image twice, and the second image was stamped off once. The main image was stamped full strength, doing this add texture and builds up layers. The stamp set gives a great watercolor look without the water.
Once I stamped the images I punched the images using the Blossom Builder Punch. Punches are a quick and easy way to add interest and depth to your projects. And there’s no better way to cut out stamped images—many of our stamp sets have coordinating punches. Our punches are high quality, affordable, and easy to use.
To finish off the card I wanted a little more texture so I used the Petal Burst Textured Impression Embossing folder. Embossing folders are great and makes it easy to make a great impression! Just place flat cardstock in this embossing folder, run it through the Big Shot, and out comes cardstock with a bold textured design. Textured Impressions Embossing Folders make deep, crisp impressions—great for card fronts and accents.
