I told you these are some fun images and they make me laugh.  Each one of these images have there own little feeling to me.  I love them all they make me feel happy.  And at this time of the year we all need a little more happy in our lives.  This stamp set also coordinates with the Jolly Hat Builder Punch.  As of right now you can also get them both as a cost saving bundle, this bundle will not be around much longer.  Here’s a look at today’s card.

I told you that this was such a cute and fun card and the combination of the Presents & Pinecones paper and the Santa in the scarf and hat just adds to the fun festive feel. I created the card with colors in the Designer Series paper.   The cardbase is a 4 1/4 x 11 scored at 5 1/2 piece of Mint Macaron.  The next layer is the Presents & Pinecones DSP cut at 4 x 5 1/4.  My focal image was created with a whisper white cardstock cut at 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 and the Santa image was stamped in Archival Basic Black, left to dry.  While that is drying I stamped the Santa hat in Cherry Cobbler ink and used the Hat builder punch to punch it all out placed it all together with glue dots and attached it on Santa’s head with a Stampin’ Dimensional.

Once I got to this point it wasn’t enough.  So I got out the Brushwork Alphabet and stamped the Ho! Ho! Ho!, using colors in the paper.  I picked Cherry Cobbler, Emerald Envy, and Delightful Dijon.  This was just what the card need to finish it off.  Santa’s little face was colored in using Blushing Bride ink and a blender pen.  This allowed me to create the different shades and values with just one ink pad.

Here’s another look at today’s card, and a look at an alternative projects.
