Hello Stampers and Crafters I hope that you are having a wonderful day.  I am home from the OnStage Local in Atlanta.  And, I must say that it was a fantastic event.   We all had a blast!  Each Stampin’ Up! demonstrator in attendance got to see the new upcoming 2017  Occasions (Spring/Winter) catalog & Sale-A-Bration brochure.  These two new publications will not go live to the public until January 4th.

All Ready to Go!

We started this journey on Friday morning early and got the car all packed up and ready to go.  I attended the event with some great friends and fellow team members.  We headed out for Atlanta and had a fun time talking and laughing the entire way.   It took us just about 3.5 hours to get to the hotel.  Luckily, the hotel was connected to the Convention Center so we didn’t have far to walk the next morning to OnStage.

Once we got there we got our rooms and went exploring for a place to hold our two organized swaps that night and we knew that Brain King & Pam Morris were holding their World Card Making Day Event (You can see his World Card Making Day Swap by clicking here!) at the same location.  We wanted to pop in and say hi to both of them.   Brian and Pam are so much fun they pack a lot into their events so I encourage you to be apart of the next one I know that I am planning on it.   They changed the date of this years event to coordinate with OnStage Local in Atlanta.  This made a great kick off for OnStage and got everyone pumped and excited for Saturday’s events.

After finding our place we were going to hold our organized swaps we headed out to find something to eat.  We went to the Cheesecake Factory and had a wonderful meal and some fabulous cheesecake.  I personally think they just need a sampler platter, but they didn’t ask me about the menu.  After we got back we sat around talking meeting other demonstrators from all over the country.   It was a fun time.  We got ready for our swaps and had a good time.  Myself, Kathi Jenkins, and Thelma Collins had organized two different Onstage Organized swaps.  We did a 3D swap and a Full Card Swap.  We had a wonderful time and it helped us all get excited for the next day.

This was my first Stampin’ Up! event so I was super excited to be in attendance.  I have wanted to go to an OnStage event since I signed up as a Demonstrator a year ago.  This time it was close enough that I could attend.  While in attendance I got to meet some of my favorite demonstrators like Brain King, Mary Fish, Frenchie Martin, and Brandi Cox just to name a few.   It was a wonderful experience to spend this week end with not one not two but four Million Dollar Achievers.   Yes, there was four Million Dollar Achievers in Atlanta this weekend.

We all started lining up about 6:30 or so but the doors didn’t even open until 7:30.  We stood around waiting in line, talking, meeting new people, and swapping our cards that we had made.  Once the doors were opened we all got to our tables and checked in, got our Onstage bags with our Onstage goodies.   Which included a new stamp set (from the upcoming Spring/Winter catalog which I can not show you) and some other little goodies.

We started the day with a wonderful business from the home office and spent the day learning about the new products and seeing wonderful presentations, stamping, and talking to old and new friends.   We also had reconnection for Achievements but I can’t share that information with you just yet.   We are under a strick hush hush policy about what’s in the catalog and a lot of the things that happened at OnStage.  A great way to be part of all this fun is by joining my team.

Being a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator is one of the best things I have ever done.  You not only get to go to some fabulous events but you get to be part a wonderful family that’s located all over the world.

Some other benefits of being a demonstrator are:

  • 20% discount on your Purchases
  • Make a little extra money to pay for your hobby
  • Make wonderful friends from all over
  • Supportive friends that share your interests.
  • Quarterly Demonstrator Only Magazine
  • Demonstrator Only Facebook Group
  • Training to help you achieve your goals
  • Exclusive Demonstrator Only Events

These are just a few of the perks of being a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator.  You can find out more here!

I got to meet Brandi Cox Saturday, and if you follow my Facebook Page you all know that she was the reason I became a demonstrator.   I had watched her videos on Brandi’s Cards for quite a number of years, and because of her you can do it positive encouraging attitude and style I signed up.   It was wonderful to get the chance to meet her and to share with her my story and her leading me to sign up.

She’s just as sweet and genuine in person as she is on her Videos.   It was such a pleasure talking to her.

As I mentioned before we got to see the new 2017 Occasions Catalog & Sale-A-Bration Brochure. Which I can not show you until it goes live in January.   I can not even show you the cover for a few more days, but let me just say that it is fabulous so you are going to want to start saving now there are some wonderful wonderful new items that will be coming out in the next couple months.

It’s A Great Time to Join My Team of Kinsmon Krafters!

Closing out Onstage we learned where the next events will be held and you will too in the coming months.   After everything was over with we had one more organized swap to take part in and then off to our Team dinner with our team leader Phyllis Shepherd.  I just adore mama Phyllis, she’s just so supportive and loving.
