Hello Stampers and Crafters I hope you are having a great day. Halloween is just around the corner (just 10 days away). So there’s still time to make some great Halloween themed projects. Today I am sharing with you a really easy Halloween card, featuring the Spooky Fun Bundle.
These products are together as a Bundle and save! When you buy these two coordinating products you save 10%.
Spooky Fun Photopolymer Stamp Set and Halloween Scenes Edgelits contains all the first images that come to mind when thinking of the Halloween season can be found in this set. The perfect way to start your Halloween stamp collection or top off and highlight what you’ve already got. Here’s my card with today’s featured stamp set.
Since the images in this stamp set are so traditional I wanted to keep my colors very traditional as well. I started this card with a thick whisper white cardbase cut at 4 1/4 x 11 scored at 5 1/2. Next I created my background using a 3 3/4 x 5 piece of Basic Black cardstock embossed with the Lucky Star embossing folder. But, only three fourth of the way down the card. I then stamped the tombstones, bats, witch and pumpkins on a piece of whisper white colored them and die cut each one. Next I took a piece of 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 so saffron cardstock and stamped the moon in daffodil delight and cut it out. The tree edgelit was cut out of crumb cake cardstock and the fence from early espresso.
After everything was stamped and die cut it was all layered on the card front using either stampin’ dimensionals or fast fuse. At this point I added my card front to my pumpkin pie mat that was cut to 4 x 5 1/4. Everything was adhered to my thick whisper white cardbase.
This has been one of my favorite Halloween stamp sets from this years Holiday Catalog. Because it contains so many vintage images that I remember from my childhood. Let’s have a look at the stamp set.
These are such classic images, for example lets look at the witch, pumpkins, ghost, and spider. I remember when I was in second and fourth grade, both of my teachers had the same supplies for their Halloween bulletin boards that featured these same images. So this set touches my heart.
Here are a few other samples of projects you can do with this bundle.
