Today’s project is a fun new way to show someone a happy birthday, a get well, or your thinking about them. It’s a card they will remember and want to show their friends and family. I wanted to create something completely different so I came up with this fancy fold technique. I call it a maze card!
A maze card is really just what it implies. You start with your focal image on the front. When you unfold the maze card it goes in all different directions until you find the message.
Use your Stamp Set to the fullest:
I used the Picture Perfect stamp stet from Stampin’ Up!® to create the main focal image on mine: which is the humming bird. The other panels have the same or slightly the . same design of DSP cut to size and it leads you through the card till you find the message. The DSP (Designer Series Paper) was created using the same stamp set. There are 17 decorative panels throughout my card. The back panel is left plain. It folds up to make a 4 x 4 x 1/2″ card. But when folded out it measures a whopping 4″ x 24″.
The person that receives this card will be very delighted and very surprised when they open it up. I know you now can see why!
That’s my card for today I hope that you liked it! You could easily change it up to meet any occasion. Thanks for dropping by and I will see you tomorrow. Remember, if you need any of the supplies for this card you can pick them up 24/7 from my online store.
Thanks for dropping by today.
