Today’s project is all about some Alternative ways to use your March Paper Pumpkin kit. Sometimes you can use what comes in your kit to create new and different projects from what the instructions say. But, you can also create a few other things using the left overs and some additional supplies. So I am here to show you what else I created with this month kit. And I do have some left overs so I will be doing a few more.
First let’s look at how the kit came this month shall we.
Here is the completed kit for March. This month we made different gift card holders for different occasions. We had a stamp for graduation, birthday, just for you. Great stamp set. Just in case your wondering how I have so much left over. I do order two kits each month. One I do as the instructions say and the other I use to create some of the alternative projects, along with scraps from the other kit.
So far I’ve created five cards and a Project Life Spread with my extra kit. For those that don’t know Project Life is a easy form of scrap booking. everything (photos, project life cards etc) slides into pockets and you can arrange them in different style pockets to create a scrap book page. This is my kind of scrap booking.
Here I added some additional card stock in Bermuda Bay and used some of the twine, and a couple of the wraps to make banners for the card.
On these two cards I mainly used what came in the kit. Besides the floral Card I added just a little extra cardstock to.
My Happy Happy Birthday Card. The balloons were made using the it’s my party punch pack in the Occasions Catalog.
Happy Fishy was sent to my Subscribers as one of the Subscribers perks for this month. I send my subscribers at least two instructional PDF’s each month via my Paper Pumpkin subscribers Facebook group.
